New PCI Guidelines were jointly released through the ACCF, the AHA, and SCAI |

Of note, guidelines for PCI without on-site surgery have moved into a more favorable position. Primary PCI is now classified as "reasonable" (IIa),
and elective PCI is now what what primary PCI
used to be (IIb).
