Corazon’s Recruitment services are customized to each client to ensure a successful placement in a reasonable timeframe. As part of our unique approach, Corazon creates a customized profile for the client position, searches for and identifies qualified candidates, objectively interviews and screens applicants for their match to the position, and then presents the best potential hires to the client for review. The process can also include the development of an RFP and/or contract negotiations to handle salary discussions, relocation, and other challenges.

Corazon's Interim Management services ensure client programs ‘don’t skip a beat’ while searching for a permanent placement for a position that is key to the service line’s continuous management and development. Through this service, Corazon provides interim management solutions using our parallel approach: We work with the client to identify the best fit for the interim role, and then develop a reasonable timeframe to conduct the search for a permanent hire.
