Our Academy now has two tracks: Cardiovascular and Neuro.
This change in our curriculum accompanies the changes made in 2009, when we modified our sessions to include interactive elements, allowing participants limited time away from their organizations. Other new features include: virtual learning opportunities, message boards, blogs, downloadable resources, and more. |

| The curriculum offers a detailed overview of program dynamics, along with management education on what it takes to be a 'top-performing' leader of important service lines in today's competitive marketplace. |

| Participants will gain information and knowledge that will equip them with the tools necessary to be successful in a leadership role within cardiovascular or neuro services. Materials include a program manual for the Academy, copies of Corazon’s books, the Report of Findings from our National Benchmarking Survey, access codes for our online discussion forum, and other resources. |
