CORAZON NAMED AMONG THE 2006 "BEST PLACES TO WORK IN PENNSYLVANIA"

Pittsburgh, PA —December 5, 2006—Corazon, Inc. was recently named as one of the “Best Places to Work in Pennsylvania,” an awards program created through a public/private partnership of Team Pennsylvania Foundation, the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development, the Pennsylvania Chamber of Business and Industry, and the Central Penn Business Journal.

A prestigious list of 100 companies that shine among the 322,000+ businesses in the state, this survey and awards program was designed to identify, recognize, and honor the best places of employment in Pennsylvania—those which benefit the state's economy, its workforce, and businesses. The “Best Places to Work in PA” list is split into two groups: 50 medium-sized companies (25-250 employees) and 50 large-sized companies (251 or more employees). Corazon appeared as the #31 company in the medium-sized category.

Corazon was recognized and honored at the sold-out “Best Places to Work in PA” evening awards ceremony on Tuesday, November 28, 2006 , at the Hershey Lodge & Convention Center in Hershey , PA. The final rankings of all 100 companies were revealed to the audience during the night’s festivities.

Thousands of companies across the state entered the two-part process to determine the “100 Best Places to Work in PA.” An evaluation of each company's workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems, and demographics was completed, contributing 25% to the total evaluation score. Then, employees were surveyed to measure their experiences, worth 75% of the total evaluation score. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final ranking.
