INTERVENTIONAL CARDIOLOGIST

Yavapai Regional Medical Center in Prescott, AZ, is searching for a dynamic INTERVENTIONAL CARDIOLOGIST who will bring strategic insight, vision, and team building experience into its cardiology program. The successful candidate will be employed by the hospital, and responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective care to cardiac patients and their families in the region.

The INTERVENTIONAL CARDIOLOGIST will be responsible for maintaining and advancing high-quality standards, building relationships with referring Primary Care Physicians in the community, and participating in program development and marketing initiatives in conjunction with the medical and administrative management of the system

The selected candidate must be boarded, and must be a graduate of (or close to graduating from) an accredited Medical School, and will have successfully completed an Internal Medicine residency program, as well as an approved fellowship program in Interventional Cardiology. Preferred skills include standard nuclear, echocardiography, stress testing, interventional procedures, and diagnostic caths. A strong background in cardiology is a must.
